Pawhaven is a marketplace that connects pet owners with independent pet-care providers. Bookings, messages, and payments for those bookings stay inside the Pawhaven app.

Providers may offer dog walking, pet sitting, overnight sitting, boarding, drop-in visits, grooming, pet taxi, dog training, and pet daycare. What you can book depends on which services each approved provider has enabled.

Download the Pawhaven app, choose a service, date, and location details, then browse eligible providers. Availability and pricing come from those providers — not from sample data on this website.

Apply in the app. You complete a profile, services, and agreements. Review may include identity and background screening depending on eligibility and market requirements. Approval is not automatic.

Yes. Booking-related messages stay in Pawhaven so the conversation is tied to the visit.

For dog walking, location may be collected during an active booked walk to show route, distance, and progress. Tracking is intended for that visit and should stop when the walk is completed or cancelled.

Owners pay through Pawhaven using supported payment methods when payments are enabled. Do not pay off-platform for bookings arranged in Pawhaven. Fees and refunds are shown in the app before you confirm.

Yes. Create pet profiles in the app and include the right pets on each booking.

Cancel in the app. Refunds depend on timing, whether the visit started, and the terms shown at checkout.

Verification requirements may include identity and background screening depending on provider eligibility and market requirements. Not every market or application uses the same checks.
