Provider verification
Applicants complete a provider profile and agreements. Verification requirements may include identity and background screening depending on provider eligibility and market requirements. This website does not claim that every provider is background checked.
Private documents and media
Identity uploads and similar verification files are stored privately. They are not published on this marketing site.
Booking-level access
Addresses, pet notes, and live walk progress belong to the people on that booking. Public pages do not list private homes or GPS routes.
GPS during eligible walks
Location can be collected during an active booked dog walk to show route and progress. It is not all-day monitoring and it is not used as a selling point for sitting, boarding, or daycare days.
Payments and communications
When payments are enabled, owners pay through Pawhaven. Messages related to a booking stay in the app. Report safety issues in the app and contact local emergency services first when a pet or person is in danger.
