Privacy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Pawhaven collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Pawhaven app, website, and related services.
1. Information we collect
Account details such as name, email, phone, pets, booking history, and messages.
Provider application details and verification status when that process is enabled.
Payment processors handle card data. Pawhaven stores booking amounts and payout records needed to operate the marketplace.
2. Location during live walks
If a booked walk uses live GPS, we collect location points during that active visit. Location is not collected for this purpose when a visit is not active.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate bookings, support, safety, and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Marketing pages do not publish private addresses, GPS routes, messages, or tax records.
